A 20% deposit, payable by debit or credit card, may be taken for taxi bookings exceeding £50. This deposit will not be refunded if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of commencement of booking. Bookings are only confirmed when either a text or email has been sent with a confirmation number. New accounts maybe subject to a deposit payment based on the estimated monthly usage. There is no charge for raising invoices on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly bases. There maybe a charge for daily invoices. Invoices will be sent the first working day after the last day of the invoice period. Please contact FRR Travel Taxi Service for any billing enquiries within 2 calendar days of invoice date. Payment of invoices, by bank transfer, is required to arrive into bank account within 10 calendar days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur admin charges. Family Recipe Roots TTS may use factoring companies to collect payments. If for any reason FRR TTS cannot provide a service, FRR TTS reserve the right to provide the service using our network of partners. You will be notified as soon as the partner is allocated to the booking. FRR TTS terms and conditions apply to ALL bookings including any bookings completed by FRR TTS partners.
