FRR Travel Taxi Service (FRR TTS)

Please ensure you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings, for airports please allow 1 week, if possible. A 20% deposit, payable by debit or credit card, may be taken for taxi bookings exceeding £50. This deposit will not be refunded if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of commencement of booking. Bookings are only confirmed when either a text or email has been sent with a confirmation number. New accounts maybe subject to a deposit payment based on the estimated monthly usage. There is no charge for raising invoices on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly bases. There maybe a charge for daily invoices. Invoices will be sent the first working day after the last day of the invoice period. Please contact FRR Travel Taxi Service for any billing enquiries within 2 calendar days of invoice date. Payment of invoices, by bank transfer, is required to arrive into bank account within 10 calendar days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur admin charges. Family Recipe Roots TTS may use factoring companies to collect payments. If for any reason FRR TTS cannot provide a service, FRR TTS reserve the right to provide the service using our network of partners. You will be notified as soon as the partner is allocated to the booking. FRR TTS terms and conditions apply to ALL bookings including any bookings completed by FRR TTS partners.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Blog Contact forms

If you contact us, we reserve the right to publish your submission on this website unless clearly stated. We will only use your full name as credit for the submission unless you advise us otherwise at the time of your submission. We reserve the right to use any submissions in future publication, digital or physical.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
