- 6 white stale bread rolls
- 250ml hot milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp ground almonds
- 2kg cherries (drained from a jar)
- 3 egg whites
- Pinch of dried breadcrumbs
- Few almond flakes for topping.
